Shop Employees

Add the people who work in each area of the shop.
EMPLOYEE DIRECTORY
Employees with an email can have a secure login prepared by the Manager. Passwords are stored only in Supabase Auth, never in employee records. Their role controls which screen and shop data they can access.

Sheet Run Review

Nothing from the sheet run is applied until Manager approval. Confirm existing-job updates and any new cars before applying.

Sheet Reader Run History

Permanent timestamped record of local OCR, AI cross-checks, approvals, rejections, and applied updates.

Department Phone Numbers

Text buttons use the device's normal Messages app. No paid texting service is needed for this prototype.
